High five Pete! Thanks a million!

I'm having idling issues. Pops BAD on the right cylinder, then the plug fouls. Slides stick terrible, consider this pretty dangerous. Wish I would've have sprung for something different.

I have one and it's worked great. I mounted a wheel chock because I didn't like the wheel brace that came with it. With the chock I don't have to use straps either. http://www.harborfreight.com/motorcycle-wheel-chock-96349.html

So I found the float binding on the overflow tube. It was actually stuck in there pretty tight. I had to pull hard enough to free it that I was uncomfortable with the force I was using. Either way, I squared up the floats and set my overflow from 20mm to 19mm. Also found a how to page here...

I'm off to the garage to check mine!! Hopefully it's just some crap in there, I do run a fuel filter though.

Mine is leaking from the overflow for sure. I connected the supplied hoses and routed it to underneath the bike. Any other leaks would show up top then. Good idea though!

I just fired mine for the first time and the left side overflow runs constant too. Was looking for an answer as well :) Also, when I perform the dead cylinder method to adjust the idle, I cannot not seem to get the right carb to idle down. Slack in line and slide all the way to bottom...

May sound stupid... do these engines fire at TDC? :shrug: I did a banshee swap and don't have a reference point other than TDC to set my timing... :er:

Just finished putting my top end back together only to read on a post that the valve springs have a top and bottom? Anyone ever accidentally run one upside down? Really not looking forward to reversing all my work...... :doh:

XSLeo, just to clarify, on the pm conversion do you still require a capacitor in place of the battery for the initial start up?

I have read a million different things on which oil to use. But no clear cut answer. Can someone list what they're using in simple terms? Thanks!!

Anyone know if the stock throttle cable fits into a Magura Straight Pull (314) throttle assembly? I am using a 2 into 1 cable from Mikes.
