Decided to try the other fork. Didn't work on that one either but wonder of wonders it came apart...

If I am just changing fork seals is there really any reason to disassemble the forks? Neck bearings are done but wanted to change the seals as one seems to leak just a bit.

I recently bought a 75 XS and this a.m. I picked up a 79 parts bike. I am considering swapping out the 75 spoke wheels for the disc front and rear mags off the 79. Question is will the needle bearing swingarm kit for the 75 work for the 79. I'm assuming there are difference between the disc...
