Anyone know the offset the 19/18 36 spoke rims have?

Seen a few chains used that look they are plated or something to look like brass. Any ideas on who makes them and where I might be able to find them? Thanks!

Have a '82 with stock spoked 19" with single disc brake setup and wondering without swapping front ends what the widest tire I can run is? Any questions or help woould be appreciated! Thanks.

Not a big fan of the spokes that came with the 82 heritage special that I just picked Saturday. Anyone have ideas of what wheels might fit leaving the stock front and using the david bird hardtail weld on kit? Some fab is fine just looking for what might work according to axle size.
