Thanks all for the replies. I basically traced back to when it was all good and redid what I jacked up. Basically fiddled with the sync screw a 1/4 turn at a time until I had her running just like before and got the "popping" to stop on the deceleration. A pop here and there still but SO much...

Also wanted to mention that the jets, mixture screws were never messed with. Just the idle and sync. The bike was running perfect before.
