Ok update. Im an idiot. I didnt know you couldnt kick it while in gear. After having it sit for a few weeks and not doing anything to it i took off the left cover and put a handratchet on it. It turned right over drenching me and everything with 15 feet with marvel mystery oil. Now the clutch cable snapped when I pulled it so its stuck in gear . Im not sure which. Seemed to have good compression though

You don't need a clutch cable to shift it, rock it back and forth and shift to neutral, then kick the mystery out of it!
