Hi Don,
there's bound to be a 16" cast front wheel that'll near enough match the looks of a stock 16" cast rear wheel.
OTOH, the swap will drop the bike's front end by 1-1/2" which will give the bike a somewhat twitchier ride.

Radian? swapping in the whole front end might be easiest.

PS Radian is 16" front AND rear.... so a matched pair is easy. Not sure about a tiny XS sprocket on the rear though, that's often a problem with swaps.

If you are willing to look at 17" then the zooky GS500E gets you there. That rear is about the widest 17" that will clear the XS650 chain.

GS and YZF parts.jpg

GS500E rear wheel complete, radian swing arm, YZF600R front end complete.

Like that alot. Is the swing are longer? What shocks are those?
Mebby a little longer, not much. Bonus a radian arm and the GS500 share the same axle size.
Those shocks, from a CB900F, won't work easily without some changes cuz they have the clevis type lower mount.
