16" wheels on bobber?

Hey folks, Im curious if anyones ever had both front and back wheels on their bike 16"s? I'm looking to create this sort of look:

Would there be any issues doing this, and if not, where would I snag a pair of 16" rims? I'm very new to bikes!

There has been a few on the internet, heres one. custom spokes with stock front hub and stock rear rim up front. maybe some mods to make it all fit but im not sure. tire is a shinko mh90-16, and it barely fits between the stock forks.

I use a harley 16 with 40 spoke thats what i use..
And i use 16-500 tires avon mk2 thats look nice in my eyes

I have been lookin for a good solution to this as well Steven. I would love if any one who has done this could detail the process. That would be awesome.
