XS650 Addict
Not my bike but a friend of mine knew I recently got into xs650's and brought me a copy of his January 2014 issue of Dirt Bike magazine and on page 46 is a man named Jason Smith's custom, xs650 motored nitro methane burning 165hp hill climber. The article is pretty cool, I tried to find a digital version of it online but couldn't and clhavent found any other info online about it yet. It is worth a read if you see it in the supermarket or something, it is one wild and unique bike. Apparently the Smiths are a very big name in hill climbing, they do some innovative stuff. I have always loved watching hill climbs.
Realized I was typing his name wrong and now I found some info on the bike. He is apparently the top dog in the hill climbing world. Its cool to see such an old engine beating many modern motored bikes. It anyone wants to build a monster xs650 motor Action Machine is his fathers company and who builds his motors. The bike weighs 320lbs.
