i bought a 1974 650 last year planning on getting it ride worthy this year , this might seem like a stupid question , what is the difference with the tx and sx models? not familiar with street bike so. just wonderind before i start orderind parts thanks to anyone that can help

I don't think there were any major differences. A couple of years they called them TX's. There are things that vary throughout the year models, but if you are ordering from mikesxs it will usually tell you what years the application fits.
