Is the seat for the bearing in the wheel the same as the xs650 cast wheels? does it take a standard xs bearing?

The RD400 uses a 17mm axle and the XS650 a 20mm. As far as I know the OD of the bearing is the same. Some guys just use the 17mm axle from the RD.

I am looking at the same and you have to change the bearings or upgrade to a 17mm swingarm. Big difference from 17 mm to 20 mm stock
Stock swingarm 20mm and 17 mm won't work.
