As promised, Jim Henry's conversion kit. Two adapters and 3 spacers are included. You have to order two new wheel bearings that fit into the adapters along with 12 new bolts. I left the bearings that would be in the wheel out, as the internal spacer he provided fits between the two adapter bearings and not stock bearings. I bought a pack of stainless hardware from my local Fastenal. Following his instructions allowed the bearings to just drop into place, and they adapters fit onto the wheel very well.
I now consider myself lucky to get this kit as it was an outstanding value. I picked up the SKF bearings on ebay for a great price as well, and now that Jim may never make these again, I'm fortunate enough to have picked one up. I'll get some pics up sometime after I've finished painting the wheels.
