If it looks as good in person as it does in the pictures, I'd call that at least reasonable.
I question the "oil filter" statement, but that could just be terminology.

That bike is on the classifieds here too.
I have been in discussions with the owner but can't quite pull the trigger when I add shipping to the price. The rear rim, spokes, tire will need to be replaced. It needs to stay stock IMHO unless you want to sell me all the stock paint and chrome stuff..............
It sure looks good but I think you want to spend some time verifying condition of the mechanicals.
Owner has put the front fender on the correctly now. But it kind of leads to hmm what else has he worked on, why with the efforts expended so far isn't it a runner?
