I would say 45 shipped to you. If it is more I'll eat the additional cost. I don't know about the stays. It came with my basket case.

Yes. There should be 2 stays.

I could be wrong, but I don't think that is even an XS/TX fender. Look at the offset bolt holes where it mounts to the fork. and the loop for the speedo cable is on the wrong side.

You could be right. P.O had an odd front end on the bike. Sorry for the mix-up. Fender was in a box of parts.
