This bike is not running, it has an electrical problem that I have not had time to sort out. I did replace the starter and the batter, the former owner also replaced some of the controls but didn't get the bike to fire up. It has compression, the gas tank is clean with no rust and I replaced the carburetors so it should run. I have the title and it is current with a California non-opp filed. This is a project to be sure! I have attached some photos please call me with questions. Dan

Any reason it got color scheme as a ‘75? Or is it a ‘75 build registered in ‘76?
Not sure about the color, the former owner did some parts replacement I think the tank and fenders but not to sure, it is registered as a 1976 I have the new plates and title

We are quite good here getting the electrics to spark if you like and can put in a little time
You will get a better price. If it makes any sound

Front end, (forks, caliper, gauges), says 76. Vin no, (not production date) is the only way to b sure.

If po put 75 tins on it and swapped some controls, there is every possibility your starting issues are in that area. Same if it is a 75 with 76 front end. Taking the headlight off means disconnecting all the controls and some of the main loom, easy to mess up reconnecting wiring.

Bike looks to have good bones so someone will get a good bike.

Unfortunately it’s almost as far away it can get from where I am otherwise I would be a contender - price is def good for what you can see on the pictures!

In a heartbeat if you weren't on the opposite coast.
I like those pipes. She'll sell for sure.

I think it is a '77 or '78 (from the front fender), although the seat looks like a '76 to me...but it definitely has 1975 tins.

Looks a very nice bike at a great price.
