Hi All,
Cleaned up the rear brakes and am putting everything back together (slowly). I realize this is a silly one but is there a smart way to get this sucker back on aside from my pure rage?

Thank you!

But take care tapping it back on or you'll push the splined shaft into the hub. Really, it's best to install it while the brake plate is still out of the hub. Then you can hold the shaft in while you drive the arm onto it.

LOL that would make sense wouldnt it... Thank you so much.

Also thank you 5twins! I probably will pop everything back off.

Also, If you are taking it back apart.
I've found that when you run the axle lft to rt with the nut on the brake side, the chain adjustment scale mark for that side is now on the bottom unseen. If you have the axle nut on the lft, both scale marks are upside and visible.
