3.2ohm from primary to core....bad ?

In trying to sort out my lack of spark last night I think I may have shorted out the coil trying to run jumper wires to bypass non essential parts.

I tested one primary to the core and get 3.2. I tested from the other primary to the core and get nothing (open)

If I tweaked another coil I am going to freak out.

I still have 3.2 from primary to primary and I have 15,600 from plug to plug.
