For Sale - 35mm Extended forks- 6" longer tube?

These are 35mm from a '78. I bought them not knowing they were extended. The measure 35" top to bottom on the bike so im pretty sure they are 6" longer then stock. Pm with offers, i need stock or lowered ones. Fresh gloss black paint and fresh 20w fluid, do not seem to leak at all. They are not perfect. See pics below. Gaitors not included.

Hi warren,
alas, the location of that patch of rust means it'll destroy the fork seal in the first quarter-mile.
If it's possible to re-machine the bottom ends of the fork tubes to relocate the rust patch to below where the seals operate you will once more have a good fork, albeit a somewhat shorter one.
Come to that, if it's possible to re-machine the tubes, saw them off to stock length and use the forks on your build.
