Mostly complete as far as I can tell. Doesn't have the Yamaha Emblem or Bolts to mount headlight (PO used some crappy blinkers to mount it to the little ear things).
Comes with triple clamps, instrument cluster, brake rotor, caliper, Speedo drive and cable, tach cable, bar risers, fender and axle.
Also includes bearing races and ball bearings!
I was told by the PO that the forks seals were recently done but I dunno about that seeing as though I was told that it had tapered roller bearings and it does not.
