7/8th drag bars

I have 7/8 of an inch drag bars on my current build will 1 inch grips fit that? or would they slide off?

actually the drag bars are bare, I need a throttle assembly can anyone point me in the right direction.

Uh, yeah, 1" grips will slide off. I found my throttle assembly on ebay.

lowbrow customs has generic 7/8 throttle assemblies pretty cheap

There was another thread specific to the low quality of alot of the aftermarket throttles. IMHO the best place to go is the local motorcycle boneyard and pull one off a good condition old dirt bike.

I have no idea what to order or what to look for..is it even called a "throttle assembly" I see grips etc, what's the part under the grips that twist..i feel like an idiot asking these questions

Unless you are seriously bucks down broke, go to 650Central and get his Magura straight pull throttle. Really works well.

i have one not intsalled yet but there are plenty of guys on the other forums using them for their chops.

Unless your funds are too low, go for the Magura, it's quality kit! Much smoother and more positive in its action.
