Does anyone know which engine fits into my 76 ?
There are a lot of engines on ebay , but I don't know what year is the limit upwards and downwards .

anything 72-84 will fit but for many reasons 74-84 is best advice.

Ahh ebay....the "ran before it was parked" land!!! Lol

If you have a points ignition and plan to stay with it then '74-'79 would be a direct swap. '80 and later would need bushings installed in the ends of the cam to carry the advance rod.
