79 front end fit a 74???

Hey guys,
Will a 1979 xs front end fit a 1974 xs? It has the trees on it as well. I would be swapping the whole front end out. I would like to keep my stock front wheel as well. Any ideas?

Should fit, it's only the xs1 xs2 that has a shorter headstock.
