This has the rare and VERY desirable spoke alloy drum 16" rear 19" frontwheels. Just brought this home, clean title, will start messing with it today, stop my work and take home a stocker or bobber base, some corrosion but not terrible, forks, turn signals are straight. Clean title $500.00, price will quickly change as I get R going, good tires, wiring appears decent (new blade fuse box) brakes work, fork seals aren't leaking . MikesXS pods. licensed in 2010, dented gas tank. kicker says good compression on both. All stock except for pods. Mufflers were steel wooled. recent seat cover. trades to different wheels or what ever are possible.

Edit 8:40 AM Tossed in a battery, Starts easily and runs,. prefers choke but solid on both cylinders, no bad noises no smoke, electric, kick start work charging is suspect. Price hasn't changed yet.....

Edit: 10AM new brushes, rotor ohms 5.2, now charges good, 13.5 volts at idle 14.6 volts at 2500 RPM I polished the alternator cover while I had it off. Price now $550.00 Next, draining gas to repair leaky petcock mount. Chain appears well oiled so you probably know what that means. Exhaust is complete and working properly headers are undented but chrome is SHOT.

Edit: noon petcock leaks repaired, note to PO; bolt, washer, bolt, washer. Not bolt, washer, washer, bolt...... all paint removed from tank in petcock seal area. Points for consistency, BOTH sides same thing!
Carbs off, throttle cable rerouted, intake spigot covers, bands, allen bolts cleaned, wire wheeled, buffed to high polish. When carbs are done, 3PMish Price $650.00

Edit Thursday 10AM cabs done, parts polished, new throttle shaft seals, main jets changed back to stock 135's from 150s WTF? stock pipes? Floats set, they were way high, float valve bodies were loose. o rings replaced, carbs were actually pretty clean, no stripped screws). General engine clean, cam chain and valves set next.

Edit 4PM It lives! carbs back on, cam chain, valves are set, 150 pounds on both sides. It fired right off, smooth steady idle, revs great haven't run it up the road yet.

Why oh WHY are all the bikes I can afford so far away? I would be all OVER this if I had some way to get it here to Virginia.
