Selling my long time project with clean title. Started as a stock 81 xs 650, now the sweetest chopper you will see in a metric bike. It does need some minor finishing touches but here are some of the details:
All Custom work done by me
Fully rebuilt engine
Custom short exhaust pipes/wrapped
2nd over pistons
New piston rods on a rephased crank/cam done by Hugh's Handbuilt
New taller 5th gear for those high cruising speeds
Powder coated-wheels, all engine parts, triple trees and calipers
Extended speedo cable to mini odometer
New oversized gold (colored) Oring chain
PMA swap also from Hugh's Handbuilt
Pamco ignition system
Kick start only, but still has starter (I have the delete plug for it)
Chrome/SS bolt kit
Polished tappet covers/oil filter cover.
Custom electrical sphere with key switch that can be converted to use with starter
Internal frame wiring (needs finished)
Side plate mount with tail light
Custom rear fender/passenger (I do have a sportster front fender to go with)
EX500 Ninja Carbs with jet kit (HUGE UPGRADE) Bike runs awesome
Uni filters
Custom 4" over front forks
I also have a few misc parts that go with.
Minor details to finish...and I can do most of them if you need
Gas tank finished (plug old outlet, cleaned)
Front brake line
Rear brakes hooked up (I never did get the rear to bleed)
Finish wiring (all wires needed should be snaked for blinkers/light switches)
A few new crush washers and maybe some minor engine seals(which I might have)
Have parts I was going to make a chain tensioner that go with bike
I have put tons of time and money into this bike up to this point but life forces sale.
