Are you willing to sell the wheels!?
If not. Can you explain what you did to get a 16'' front on your build?

Bars are something I got from the Parts Unlimited catalog. I purchased them based on the height and sweep that I thought I wanted...

Sorry won't just sell the wheels, but they where fairly easy to build... Both front and rear were 36 spoke wheels, so I took the 16" Rear rim and mounted it to the front hub.

Measured the front hub to 16"rim difference and ordered custom size spokes from Buchanan for the front. Then laced up rear rim to front hub.
Tips: Take a picture of the wheel for the spoke pattern before you hack it apart and save or don't cut a few spokes. They help in measuring how much shorter the new spokes need to be.

I was able to find another spoke'd rear wheel in a moto graveyard so I cut it apart, blasted it, had it powder coated, and laced it with new spokes from Buchanan. The rear was actually a bit challenging getting the spoke pattern correct. It took a few tries :banghead:
