Thanks ! As a connoisseur of rock and roll trivia, I hadn't heard of that Cocker LP cover censorship.
At age 62, I'm still learning.....
I believe that the Honda Scrambler and rider are from the 1971 car chase film, an excellent one, called Vanishing Point.
Oh yeah - Vanishing Point - wow. Dodge Charger (? perhaps a Super Bee?) being delivered across country...wow. That Mopar seemed to have a virtually endless ability to accelerate.
Another awesome car chase movie was a cops & robbers flick called "The Seven-Ups". The chase goes all through Manhattan and at one point, a car comes screaming around a corner and some guy who is parked there opens his door - and it gets ripped off his car. I read that the chap whose car was damaged was a bystander who had either fallen asleep in his car and woke up wondering what all the tire squealing was about - or some twit who slipped through security to get to his car without realising the danger he was in.
