all balls neck bearings

so i looked in the tech section but couldnt find anything that mentioned it, but i ordered a set of tapered neck bearings but one race is taller than the other and there is nothing mentioned about which one goes where on the frame, so someone that has put these in already can you tell me does the taller race go in the top of bottom of the neck. thanks in advance and sorry it this is in tech already and i just didnt find it.

I used all balls in my streering head and I think the bearings with the big hole went in the bottom small in the top.

There should be markings on the races

Upper: 25 x 48 x 15.2
Lower: 30 x 48 x 15

the top race sticks out of the neck a little bit. from the research that i remember doing when i put mine in i remember that it was normal. it takes about 2-3 threads out of the equation. my top triple didnt go all the way flush like it used too. thinking about it now it doesnt seem right but i remember it being said that its normal.

Would have hated to have gotten them in reversed...
