After much hemin' & hawin' a decision has been made. With the '77 nearing completion, little bit of wiring and some odds n' ends (ya know the FUN stuff), time to figure out who's next. Thought about dragging the never ending bobber to the top but...meh. Leaning tward full on resto for the '71 so that's gonna be time and $$$.
So that leaves this beauty....

Was originally going to head to CA to member Norton7d's care. Logistics ended up keeping it here. Pretty much unmolested and in tact, hoping the majority of the work will be cleaning and servicing. And no it will not be as pretty as the one the one he is doing now (I'm not that patient!).
Biggest problem I foresee is lack of compression in RH cylinder, lookin' like a fresh top end is in order' Going to try and get the motor out in the next week or two and see what's up. Repeated soaking has proven fruitless and both valves are moving fine so in we go.

Stay tuned….

Change in plans (gee, that NEVER happens!). Looks like the '76 will be headed over to WingedWheel's place for the much needed love & attention she deserves, good to meet another member today. So I guess that pushes this to the top of the project pile...

...gonna have to dig out all the old pics and start a new thread for this one. Hmm, maybe I will make some headway on that New Years resolution.
