So ive seen the 13 page long wiring harness page with the 20 or so diagrams up but cant seem to find my type of set up. im reading about nylon screws etc and im lost. Hoping somebody can help me out with a dumbed down basic harness.
Ive got an 81 converted to points. I have the TC Bros reg/rec combo along with the wiring harness. Im running a headlight (no hi/lo), and running/brake light. Kickstart only. Extremely basic no frills. the harnesses are plug and play so those are all connected no problem. Im left with a red/black, and a brown wire off the harness. I also need a break down of the points wires. And what coils are good? I heard dual firing HD coils are good? Thanks for all the help.
