Anyone ever seen an XS650 dropped into a Roadstar frame?

Hello,

New guy here with what may be a dumb question but here it goes anyways.....

Is it possible to modify a Road Star frame to accept an xs650 motor? Is it feasible if I already have a raked and stretched roadstar frame from an old project that I never completed and I also have a 75' XS.

I saw one with a frame similar to a Vstar that made me wonder...

I would say as long as the engine physically fits in the frame, then yes. Just fabricate the mounting points to suit.

Thanks, I will stick the frame up on the table and start measuring.

The Roadstar has the shock on the bottom between the lower frame rails, It would be even more hidden.
