Anyone know what bars these are?

Or where to get them? I looked using all kinds of key words and combination like "drag bars bolt" on and what not. No dice. Any ideas or are these custom made? Thanks.

They are clamp on handle bars.

I'm an idiot.... I thought they were but I didn't realize they were joined together in the middle. I'd be willing to bet they are custom made.

Yep I have clamp ons, those are not clamping. I suspect custom.
