What are the issue with a vehicle fro the states

Not yet, at least with eBay I can set a reserve. I will use eBay to gage the interest. You really are gambling with BAT. With BAT they usually say they will only post without a reserve, at least with the majority of bikes. Now with my Z1 bikes they would probably allow a reserve.
