Ask about the front wheel of the XS650.

Hello. I am a TJ living in the Republic of Korea.
I have "yamaha xs650 chopper 1980".
It has 19-inch front cast wheel bike.
I try to change to 21 inches spoke wheels.
I bought the parts.

"3.00S-21 Avon Speedmaster Classic Front Tire",
"Excel ICS408 Silver 21" x 1.60 "36 Hole Takasago Rim",
"Stainless Steel Spoke Set 21" front 36 spoke to convert from 19 "rim (mikesxs - Part # 19-0062)"
"XS650 Stock 19" front wheel (spoke type) "

But there is a problem.
This combination does not match exactly the hub, the spokes, rim.
The spokes are bent forcibly inserted.
What can I do to fix it?
I supply the part difficult because Koreans living in the Republic of Korea.
Help me. Please.

It is often a problem with the pattern and assembly skills So the parts might be OK but you need to work out the correct assembly
