Axle question 75 front wheel.

I just found a front wheel from a 75 it was complete and came with the axle and all the spacers.I shall be relacing it. My question was is that I shall not be running a speedo so is there a way to do away with the gear unit and use another year spacer/spacers etc to give the front axle a cleaner look?

Not really. All years used pretty much the same speedo drive. I guess you could get some thing made.
