anyone have a basic wiring pic diagram just a head light tail light and on /off switch points ingnition

Ya I looked I just didn't know what one to go off . Also how many amps does a on of switch need to be ?

Here's a basic points type of diagram. You would be wise to add a 10 amp fuse in the line that feeds the ignition, before the kill switch.

On/Off switch...................if you mean ignition switch, then 20 amp should do.

ya sorry i am a newbee to this stuff ya i have a xs1 and i just wanna run a on / off switch and head light tail light . i was at the auto store and they had all kinds of on/off switches in diff amps, so 10 amp should be good?
