Wanted - Bench seat for 83 XS650SK

Hey,

I'm sick of my king queen seat. Does anyone have an extra bench style seat that would fit a stock 83 XS? I know one of you guys has something to let go. Something homebrewed or custom made? I'm not looking for anything extreme. I've got cash and am ready to go!

thanks but no thanks Jerm. I'm looking for something a little flatter. Not stock. I'm not interested in a stepped seat. I want something similar to a stock 70-79 seat.

Assuming that you want it to fit your 83, you're likely to have to have a custom seat cut and covered to fit a stock "Special" seat pan. Not a big deal to cut the foam "step" down and recover most good upholstery shops will do it reasonably. But a stock "Standard" OEM seat pan 1970 to 79 (flat and hinged) will not fit a 80+ Special pan.

Something like this from Mikes XS may also be more like what you're looking for.....
If they ever get back into stock?
