This past weekend was the 30th annual Land Between The Lakes Rally put on by the XS650 Society. There were only 10 XS's in attendance. Next year I expect there to be at least 20 in attendance! Don Lawson, the directory of the Society along with a couple of other people put a lot of effort into this event over the years. I have encourage many of my friends that are owner of the XS650 to join the Society and to attend some of the rallys that are held through out the U.S.A. and the world.

I won best custom, woo hoo.

This is an old picture of my bike. I have installed a Mike's 2-1 exhaust and a custom front fender and handlebars. I will will post a new picture soon.

To All 650 Enthusiasts,

June 15 - 17, 2012 will be the first "Virginia Blue Ridge 650 Society Rendezvous". A new 650 rally!We will meet at the Woodberry Inn at 182 Woodberry Rd. (SR 758)just east of Meadows of Dan, Va. 24120 (SW VA.) just off the Blue Ridge Parkway close to the town of Floyd. Turn off the Parkway at the Rocky Knob Cabin sign at BRP Milepost 174.1. The Woodberry Inn is just a hundred yards off the Parkway. For reservations, call 540-593-2567 (ask for Angie). Suggest you make your reservations early as rooms are limited. A 10% discount is available for 650 Society members. Check the website at www.woodberryinn.com.
We will meet at the Woodberry Inn Friday evening. Saturday will be an all day ride on some great roads.
