Bike won’t rev past idle

My bike started blogging down and will not rev much past idle. I have minkuni Vm34 with 190 jets and velocity stacks. The bike was running fine then started blogging down on throttle. I took the carbs off and cleaned them with carb cleaner and compressed air and it ran fine, then started blogging down again. It’s getting fuel and flows freely. Any suggestions? It sounds like it hitting a rev limiter

Are we talking a bike that runs and suddenly starts to get " a rev limiter "
After cleaning runs properly and again " a rev limiter "
Any difference left right ?
Any suspect engine sound ?
I does not say what year model or ignition setup.
If this was me the first thing to do --- and is simple. Charge the battery. Start up measure charging voltage at battery.
Lights on. I could suspect weak charging and when voltage drops the ignition " box "
starts malfunction.
