I have a 1975 XS 650 with aluminum rims and Tube type tires

Can i run 120/90H-18 Bridgestone Spitfire S11 Sport Touring Black Wall Rear Tire-on the back if I put a new tube in it?

Are they rated tube/tubless?

Yes. You can run the Spitfire with tubes, no problem. That's generally not a big issue nowadays unless it's a radial, in which case you need a radial type tube. A radial conducts heat differently than a bias ply tire.

Yes, you can run a 120 but the bike will steer quicker and handle better if you run the original size, a 110.
