Does anyone have any photos that identify the type of jets in a BS38 carb? I believe the pilot jet is the long one inside the bowl and the main jet is the small round type accessed through the screw on the bottom outside of the bowl. Someone told me there was a "starter" jet in the bowl which I don't know what he's talking about.

You are correct about the pilots and mains. There is a starter or choke jet in the bowl as well. It's pressed in place though so you can't remove it or change sizes. You just need to insure it's clear or the choke won't function.

The choke jet is located near the bottom of a bored passageway along the front wall of the bowl .....
