I have some BS34 carbs off a 1980 xs650. I replaced them after attempting to clean them (before reading the carb guide) and broke a float stem off on each carb. Rookie mistake, I know. It also appeared that the pilot jet on one of them was stripped previously. I spent an hour filing down a screwdriver to fit in there perfectly so I know I didn't do it. The diaphragms appear okay along with springs. The floats and needle valves are shot IMO. It would need a good cleaning along with that float stem replaced and some new components.

If you want pictures I can take some tonight. I'm just seeing if for some reason someone may want them before I pitch them. Thanks

I may be interested. I am looking for a choke assembly and the bar that operates the choke. Will you ship them to NY?
