Right ok my next little issue is (drum roll) a stuck Piston in the front caliper ..

Normally I would just pump it out before caliper removal but the line was split and no Dot4 was present :banghead:..

I dont have a compressor at the moment so is there any other way of getting this piston out?? I have done the normal things like 3 in 1 oil etc etc etc but aint moving..

I remember some time ago someone saying you could use two bolts and something somthing and you can pull it out sound familiar?? if so what is this procedure?

triniriderz,

You can use a grease gun on the bleeder valve. Plug the hose connection with a bolt. If the bleeder valve won't work with your grease gun, replace it with a grease fitting.

grease is good but messy, take it to the servo use their airline, I've got a timber wedge, 2" wide, a foot long & tapering from 1 1/2" to 1/4", pump a bit, move the wedge, pump some more.
