can't get my 80 xs650 to fire, start, nothing

I have recently rebuilt my engine and have it all put back together but can't get it to fire I have spark and have rebuilt the carbs and am getting fuel. I have a bransden boyer ignition on it also plz help if you can.

Check the compression, check your spark timing. Are the plugs fouling?

Compression is good I've tried setting the timing severl times but there is no third mark for setting the timing with the bransden boyer ignition there is only the f and t mark. I don't think the plugs r fouling out either
