CBC Re-upholstery Process

Two things.
First, great video. I am well aware of how much work it is to set up shots and edit a video -- lots of time and effort. Thanks for a job well done -- on both the seat and the vid.

Second, can you say something about the foam you use. I see at least two different foams, the purple and white. Maybe two different whites, one for pleating, and one that went around the purple foam. I'd really like to know what they are and where you sourced them. Thanks.

Oiling the Sewing machine ??? ..???
What cutting disc in the angle grinder ??
Nice work !!
Yeah its an 80's sewing machine.. gotta keep her oiled and tuned up! lol!

Using just a metal cut off wheel in the angle grinder and then a coarse thick grinding disc to do the final smoothing... Ive tried almost everything and that is the most efficient way! lol

I'm impressed
A guy could use that technic on the foam to re foam a seat pan to a repo skin

If Leatherface had half your skill he wouldn’t have had to do what he done. Awesome work!
Might be sending you a PM for a seat down the road.
