Chain Adjusters

Ok. So I'm looking on Mixesxs and I see a set of chain adjusters for $22! I really don't know where to look so I figured I would eat this one and jst get em.... Then I'm checking out and holy sh#t!! Freakin shipping is $13!!! WTF?! Guys.. please point me in the right direction to find these things..
