Chase Harper model 4450. This bag has served me well. New they are currently listed at $86+MSRP. Sell this one for $60 obo shipped to lower 48 states. It has 2 bungee cords attached to the inside bag bottom, to strap onto the bike. They are in a zippered compartment at the bag bottom. I used it on my Bonneville solo seat rack. I used conduit pipe clamps with 3 small holes, heat sealed in the bottom flap. They are not into the maim compartment. They will hold onto the solo rack. There is a small fitted piece of plywood in the bottom bungee area, the clamps bolt to. Again no holes are into the main compartment. I keep a small box in the main compartment to hold it's shape. No rips or tears. All zippers work fine. Paypal ok if you pay as gift so there are no fee's.
