Cheapest way to ship a frame?

Looking for advice on the cheapest way to ship a Hardtail frame. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

hack it up and put it into USPS Priority boxes.


JK. likely put it in the smallest box it will fit in and try FedEx. I think they may have better rates when it comes to larger freight. but I recommended you pack it up first, then with the box dimensions and final weight shop around with USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL

I second greyhound. Cost me $40 to ship a frame from michigan to wisconsin

put a used axle or wood block between the rear frame forks to keep them from being squished (same to front forks if they are attached to trees.

Easy to build a box out of 2x6s and plywood sides. Home Depot or Lowes will do most of the cuts for free and using drywall screws and a drill will construct the box in no time.
