Cheapest way to ship a frame?

hack it up and put it into USPS Priority boxes.


JK. likely put it in the smallest box it will fit in and try FedEx. I think they may have better rates when it comes to larger freight. but I recommended you pack it up first, then with the box dimensions and final weight shop around with USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL
 
put a used axle or wood block between the rear frame forks to keep them from being squished (same to front forks if they are attached to trees.

Easy to build a box out of 2x6s and plywood sides. Home Depot or Lowes will do most of the cuts for free and using drywall screws and a drill will construct the box in no time.
