Clutch Cable . . . .

Changed up to 1" bars and need to get a lever and cable. Lots of places list three sizes of holes: Large, Medium and Small. Not being familiar with bikes at all I am not sure what lever I should get. What is the most common that I am going to be able to find and what is compatible with the 650 clutch pull thing. . . . .
