Hi all, new to the xs650 platform purchased a motor to rebuild and found 2 holes in the clutch cover that appear to be jb welded shut just trying to identify what they were previously used for thanks in advanced
That was done at the factory. It's where the had to drill holes for passages. Then they pressed in a steel ball and put that stuff on.
Some guys have scrapped it out and put fresh JB Weld on. I've never bothered to do that. Never seen one of them leak.
