Condenser question

Hello,
I managed to catch a condenser wire in the motor mount when I was re assembling.
I’m planning on ordering another one,

But in the meantime is there any reason it couldn’t be spiced back together?

Yep, a splice will work just fine on a condenser. If it's within an inch of the condenser and you're using solder or heat shrink, mind you don't get it too hot. Capacitors don't like being overheated.

I have some of those solder seal things,
They work pretty slick.

.... short wire... doesn't get stressed..or vib much... heat shrink... twist wires..slide shrink in place.. break out Bic lighter... avoid possible solder damage... well do until ya get a new unit....
