These are photo's of my current project. I started with a bent frame. I cut the front section off. I bent a piece of 1 1/2 tube. I then cut under the engine ,and rolled the down tubes in. I tack welded this togeter to make a single down tube frame. I then cut the rear frame section,and rolled the shocks forward until it sat the way I liked. The jury is still out ont the rear part of the frame. Everything is mocked,and tacked while I make my frame slugs.
